Alexandra Puglisi grew up in Upstate, New York, baking with her great-grandmother for the local newspaper which led her down the culinary track. She is now a professional pastry chef and avid home baker with experience from top New York restaurants.
Alex spent the bulk of her career as a pastry sous chef at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon in New York City. During the pandemic, Alex launched a dessert pop-up called 32nd & Tart. She currently works as a pastry sous chef at the acclaimed Gabriel Kreuther.
