Anna is self-taught recipe developer who learned from other amazing home cooks and from growing up in a Thai grocery store. She and her husband get their inspiration from making quick and delicious meals on weekdays and hosting dinner parties on weekends. Experimentation in the kitchen leads them to surprising conclusions and influences the techniques and recipes they write about.
