  • 1 cup soy flour
  • 2 cups soy protein isolate
  • 2 ​tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda

Steps to Make It

  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. Sift soy flour, soy protein isolate, baking soda, salt, and Splenda together.

  3. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
