What You'll Need

  • 1 cup soy flour
  • 2 cups soy protein isolate
  • 2 ​tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda

How to Make It

  1. Sift soy flour, soy protein isolate, baking soda, salt, and Splenda together.
  2. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
  3. Use as you would the commercial Atkins Bake Mix.

Nutritional Information

This low carb bake mix has 3 grams of carbohydrate per 1/2 cup serving as opposed to the average of 47 grams of carbohydrate in the same serving size of typical white flour. In addition to being low in carbohydrates, this mix is high in protein.
