Avocado toast is definitely a buzzfood these days. Sure, there's already hundreds of awesome variations out there all over the on the internet, but this one is my all time favorite. Toasted sourdough, creamy avocado, a rich soft boiled egg, spicy sriracha mayo, crisp slices of fresh radish, and bright ribbons of curled scallion come together to make this toast incredibly tasty and totally delicious.

Avocado, Red Onion and Cream Cheese Bagel Sandwich
I'm just going to put this out there in case you didn't know - BAGEL SANDWICHES ARE ONE OF THE BEST THINGS IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD! As Kanye West would say "Regular sandwiches, imma to let you finish but bagels make one of the best sandwiches of all time! One of the best sandwiches of all time!"
Now don't get me wrong, most of the time I'm not into heavily bread-y sandwiches but with bagels, well, that's a different story. Their spongy doughy goodness is so nice when it gets a little bit toasted. Not only does the heat help bring out the flavors of the everything bagel seeds but the crust gets almost a sweet taste that goes so nicely with some the tangy cream cheese. This sandwich also has buttery avocado and some purple onion rings that give it a crunchy and sharp bite.
This sandwich is best when eaten right away but if you couldn't finish it in one sitting, I definitely wouldn't turn down the other half a few hours later.

Since breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day - why not make one dish that has everything you need to get your day started?
This savory breakfast grilled cheese pairs nutty gouda with creamy avocado, a perfectly cooked medium boiled egg, and some spicy sriracha all grilled between two buttery slices of wholegrain bread. And best of all - this breakfast sandwich is perfect to eat on the run!

Let's be honest, there's nothing like sinking your teeth into a perfectly made turkey sub from the deli. It's the ultimate go-to sandwich for a long day at work, a child's lunchbox, or a beautiful day at the beach.
But there are some obstacles. We all know that feeling of disappointment that rolls over us when our sandwich starts to fall apart mid-bite. So to avoid that, we definitely need to take the proper precautions. Sandwich building is an art, so I've laid out the methods and order to insure that the ingredients will stay tucked in place and each bite will be absolutely perfect.
I always recommending using all organic, natural, and/or local ingredients because hey, they just taste so much better and doing so is good for the world.
