How do you make a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich even more delicious? Simply add fried chicken, hot sauce, and honey!
The recipe for the buttermilk biscuit that we linked to below is amazing - but feel free to be lazy and use canned biscuits if you feel like it. There's so much good stuff on this biscuit sandwich - you truly can't mess it up.

- 1 buttermilk biscuit
- 2 pieces crispy bacon
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- 2 eggs (scrambled)
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 piece boneless fried chicken
- 1/2 thinly sliced chicken breast
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 2 cups peanut oil (for frying)
Gather the ingredients.
Begin by making your dredging mixtures. Whisk together buttermilk and hot sauce and add your fried chicken so it soaks while you prepare everything else. In a small dish, mix flour with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder - set aside. Add your oil to a cast iron skillet, and let it heat up so that it reaches 375 F. If you don't have a thermometer, you can do the flour trick which is done by adding a little bit of flour to see if it starts to fry. Once the oil is hot enough, add the fried chicken and let it fry for a few minutes until it's cooked through. Take the chicken out and place it on a paper towel - sprinkling it with salt while it's still greasy. Set aside.
Gently split open your biscuit and butter the inside. Grill the biscuit for a few minutes so the interior gets crispy. Add freshly scrambled eggs, cheese, crispy hot bacon, fried chicken, a drizzle of hot sauce and a drizzle of honey. Put the other half of the biscuit on top and serve.
