How to make baked honey Brie:

Preheat the oven to 375. Place the Brie on an ovenproof serving plate and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is hot throughout. Garnish the baked Brie with half of the honey and sprinkle the sliced almonds over the surface. Drizzle the remaining honey over the almonds and serve the baked almond Brie with bread. It can also be served with all the honey drizzled over the Brie, with the nuts on the side.
