This super simple recipe for a baked honey mustard salmon fillet is moist, delicious, and perfectly seasoned. Serve it with green beans tossed with some toasted walnuts and butter, and a crisp mixed green salad.
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Place salmon filets on baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over salmon.
Bake at 400 F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until a fork inserted in the salmon makes it flake easily.
