Marinating Your Turkey
Pat surface of turkey dry with paper towels. Load a syringe with marinade mixture, making sure the marinade is still slightly warm. Inject mixture into the breast, thigh, and leg of the turkey, making sure to inject small amounts all into different sections. Wipe away any marinade that leaks through the skin. Season the skin of the turkey with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper and discard any remaining marinade. Cook turkey as desired.
