These easy no-bake chocolate chip oatmeal cookies are a snap to make, and the large yield is perfect to satisfy guests at a party or any other gathering. The recipe is for a big batch, but it can be reduced proportionally.
Mix margarine, sugar, milk, cocoa, and salt, and bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 1 full minute.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
Stir thoroughly and drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper, parchment paper or foil.
