My focus and main goal here is to provide you excellent, tried and true recipes that remove highly refined, processed sugars such a as white table sugar and brown sugar, agave etc. You'll find two kinds of recipes on this site. Some recipes will use small amounts of unprocessed, natural sugars such as honey and coconut sugar as well as fruits, like unsweetened applesauce to sweeten recipes.  Many more recipes will be targeted for those interested in low carb, diabetic friendly recipes using stevia and erythritol.

I've been living sugar-free for the last 10 years and don't feel deprived in the least! I'm here to show you how easily it is to satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthier way! Join me as I share original recipes, cooking and baking tips and much more!

  Brenda holds a Masters Degree in Special Education and currently teaches writing classes at her local homeschool co op.
