  3. Place cantaloupe chunks on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece of cantaloupe.

  4. Freeze 1 hour. Transfer to a plastic bag, and freeze at least 1 more hour.

  5. These cantaloupe chunks will keep in the freezer for several months, provided you store them in an airtight, freezer-safe container.​
