Cat attended culinary school in Paris and has worked in Michelin Star restaurants in Paris, Bangkok, and Boston. Cat's passion for wellness and holistic living has lead her to become a Yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and life coach.

Food waste management and responsible consumption is at the core of her work. Cat consults for social enterprises to create a fair, traceable, and sustainable food system in Thailand.

Education

Cat studied Journalism, Anthropology, and Art History at Boston University.
She attended Ferrandi, the French School in Culinary Arts in Paris.
