What You'll Need
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup milk

- Sift together powdered sugar and cocoa.
- Melt butter. Add butter and vanilla to sifted mixture. Stir.
- Add milk to get desired spreading consistency. If more milk is required, add by tablespoon at a time.
- Use Chocolate Fudge Frosting immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days or up to 3 months in the freezer. This makes 2 cups of frosting, enough for two 8- or 9-inch round cakes or one 9x13 pan.
