Christine Byrne is a nutrition journalist, recipe developer, former restaurant cook, and soon-to-be registered dietitian. She began her career in food as a line cook, then food editor and writer, and will soon be a Health at Every Size dietitian.

Education
Christine received a Bachelor of Arts degree in creative writing from Northwestern University in 2009 and a culinary arts certificate from the French Culinary Institute in 2011. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Public Health degree in nutrition at The University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, which she will complete in May 2021.
