Christine Clark is a freelance food writer and cheese nerd who has her bread-to-butter ratio down pat. After answering her friends' cheese questions for years, she finally started a cheese podcast called "Is This a Brie?" to help make artisanal cheese more accessible for the food lovers of the world.

Experience
After interning at Bon Appetit magazine in college, Christine worked at Murray's Cheese in New York City, where she ran the education department, teaching classes on cheese, cheesemaking, and pairing cheese (everything from wine to mezcal to chocolate to smoked fish was fair cheese-pairing game). At one point, she owned 35 jars of honey from all around the world.
Education
Christine received a B.A. with honors in English from Brigham Young University. She is a Certified Cheese Professional by The American Cheese Society.
