Diana's love of and experience with cooking is lifelong. She was introduced to the culinary arts by her grandfather, a baker and chef who cooked for farms, resorts, and restaurants. On the Web, Diana has been an active participant in food forums and mailing lists for many years. Southern food has long been Diana's passion, and she has collected a vast array of cookbooks on the topic. Diana has been developing new recipes and writing about Southern food since 1997, and is author of the cookbooks, "Guide to Southern Cooking" and "The Everything Southern Cookbook."
