This easy layered baked cheese dip is made with only four ingredients! Made with canned chili, it's a quick and easy dip for tortilla or corn chip. If you'd like it a little spicier, replace the green chiles with jalapeños. The dip is also fantastic with a Mexican cheese blend.
Ingredients
-
8 ounces cream cheese
-
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles
-
1 (15-ounce) can chili
-
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Steps to Make It
-
Heat the oven to 350 F (180 C / Gas 4). Lightly grease an 11 x 7-inch glass baking dish.
-
Spread softened cream cheese in bottom of the prepared baking dish.
-
Spread green chiles on top of the cream cheese, spread the canned chili on top of that, then sprinkle package of shredded cheese over the top and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted & bubbly.
Serve with taco chips or corn chips for dipping.
