    This ingenious chicken Parmesan requires no breading, no frying, and only takes minutes to put together. Since there is no fried coating in this chicken Parmesan recipe it's much lower in calories and fat. The crouton crust serves double-duty by soaking in the sauce and chicken juices, as well as forming a crispy, cheesy topping.

    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 cloves garlic (crushed)
    hot red pepper flakes (to taste)
    6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 1/2 cups marinara sauce
    1/4 cup basil (chopped)
    8 ounces mozzarella (shredded)
    4 ounces Parmesan (grated)
    1 (5-ounces) package garlic croutons
