Here's an easy pork chop recipe for the slow cooker, made with scalloped potatoes mix. Add a side vegetable or salad for a complete meal.
- 1 box scalloped potatoes with cheese, including ingredients needed for preparation
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 to 6 pork chops
Follow directions on box to prepare potatoes. Add 3/4 cup sharp Cheddar cheese to mixture. Transfer potato mixture to crockpot sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Put pork chops on top of potatoes. Cover and cook for 6 hours on low.
