German Stir-Fry (Geschnetzeltes)
German stir-fries or sautés are made with veal, chicken, or thinly cut strips of pork. Usually dressed in a cream sauce, they make a thoroughly delicious comfort food dish when served with spaetzle noodles, rice, or potatoes.
