The high, intense heat of your grill is the perfect environment to prepare all sorts of foods, including nachos. It might sound strange to use a grill instead of microwave or stove for this dish, but the results are delicious. Just make sure you use a grill-safe pan to make the best nachos you've ever had.
- Preheat grill to a hot temperature.
- Arrange chips in a flat grilling pan. Cover with other ingredients.
- Place on grill and turn off the grill. Let cook for about 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Keep a close eye on it to make sure that the cheese melts without burning.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
