- 1 large onion (diced)
- 1 pound. extra lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 1-1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon. pepper
- 4 sandwich-size potato rolls
- Brown onion and ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat.
- Add ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and pepper to meat. Simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile toast buns.
Serve on toasted potato rolls, hamburger rolls or Hawaiian bread.
