This is a potion I make when I need a boost. It makes me feel pretty healthy. You can drink it cold or warm. Sometimes I drink it in the morning over ice mixed with seltzer. Drink it at night warmed up in a mug in the microwave.
Gather the ingredients.
Crush the ginger with a pan or a knife.
In a large mason jar, combine all of the ingredients and stir until honey is dissolved.
Drink it immediately or keep it in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Add more boiling water, vinegar and honey to the leftover ginger and cinnamon.
- Alter the amounts of vinegar, honey and cayenne depending on how sour, sweet, or spicy you like.
