In 2013, Marques released a eucalyptus syrup as part of his The Bartist line which can be found at TheBartist.com.
- 16 ounces water
- 16 ounces sugar
- 1/3 cup fresh eucalyptus
Mix sugar with water and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 1 minute, then add eucalyptus leaves and liquidize.
Put in a bowl and cover in cling film for 15 minutes, then refrigerate.
