- 8 lamb loin chops
- 2 tablespoons​ olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- Kosher salt (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint (chopped)
