Ingredients

  • 8 lamb loin chops

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano, finely chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme, coarsely chopped

  • Kosher salt, to taste

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped, for garnish

Steps to Make It

  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. In a large baking dish, toss the lamb with the olive oil, garlic, black pepper, red pepper flakes, rosemary, oregano, and thyme.

  3. Once the chops are evenly coated, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.

Glass Bakeware Warning
