This super easy garlic sauce is perfect for veggies or meats like chicken. It is simple to make, has few ingredients and can be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. This is a very basic recipe that will not overpower the dishes you are trying to compliment.

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup ​yogurt (plain)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to Make It

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.

This sauce is great for kebabs, veggies - fresh and cooked, and also with pita chips.
