Both these dishes go well with Kachumbar salad, Chatpata Channa Raita (chickpeas in hot-sour yogurt) and Poppadums.
Use leftover Daal to make:

Use leftover mixed veggies to make:
- Spicy Veggie Cutlets
Use leftover minced meat to make:
- Kheema Paratha (spicy minced meat paratha). Serve with pickle and fresh yogurt.
- You could also make leftover minced meat into Kheema Samosas. This snack is filling enough to replace a meal.

Serve it with Kachumbar salad and Chatpata Channa Raita (chickpeas in hot-sour yogurt).
