  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon sake
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
