This margarita grilled shrimp dish is marinated in a tart, sweet and spicy glaze that you'll come to crave. Expect to make this recipe time and time again.
- Combine all ingredients, except shrimp, in a medium mixing bowl. Add shrimp, cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
- Remove shrimp and save marinade. In a small saucepan, bring marinade to boil, reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately with cooked sauce or simply take shrimp off of skewers, place into a dish and pour sauce over top. Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves.
