This unique dessert pizza combines flatbread with the delicious and simple flavors of s'mores. The satisfying graham cracker crumble, melted chocolate and marshmallows will keep you coming back for s'more. This dish can be prepared any time of the year, but it's ideal for summer and fall. Cook this one up at your next get together and enjoy the response.

  • 6 ounces of pizza dough, room temperature
  • 5 whole graham cracker sections (crushed)
  • 3/4 cup (180 mL) marshmallow creme
  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) butter (melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) white sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon (1.75 mL) cinnamon (or more to taste)

Steps to Make It

  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. Preheat grill for medium high heat.

  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough in an oblong shape of almost 1/8" thick. Transfer to a floured cutting board.

  4. Once grill is fully heated, place flatbread onto grill for about 2-3 minutes, or until it has some grill marks and is beginning to turn brown. Remove from grill cooked side up and place onto a large, clean cutting board and let cool for about 5-7 minutes while you prepare the crumble.

  5. Crush graham crackers in the food processor or on parchment paper with a rolling pin. Transfer to a medium bowl and add melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. If you would prefer to use more cinnamon, add an additional 1/8 teaspoon or 1.75 mL. Stir to combine and set aside.

  6. By now the cooked side of the flatbread will be nice and cool. Carefully, spread marshmallow creme onto the cooked side. Make sure not to get any too close to the edges or it will melt and burn on your grill. Next, evenly distribute graham cracker crumble on top of creme. Do the same with the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.

  7. Reduce heat to medium and place flatbread back onto the grill, uncooked side down. Close the lid and let cook for 3-5 minutes, or until marshmallows and chocolate have nicely melted. Watch for burning and adjust heat accordingly.

  8. Once cooked through, using a large spatula, carefully remove flatbread from grill and place onto a cutting board. Let sit for 10 minutes as the ingredients will be far too hot to enjoy right away. Cut diagonally into pieces and serve.

  9. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Rewarm before serving for best results. You may also add other items to the flatbread to suit your tastes. Substitute with white chocolate or top with fresh sliced strawberries.
