Her love for food first surfaced as a competitive athlete, looking for the best nutrition to fuel her body on the field. Years later, several chronic illnesses have found her making many adjustments to her food intake, meaning Hailey is personally familiar with multiple diets and eating plans. She’s especially passionate about food allergies, pediatric nutrition, and sports nutrition.
Hailey lives north of Atlanta, Georgia and works as a full-time freelance writer and content marketer. Her spare time is spent either in the kitchen or searching out new restaurants around the city. The best meals she’s ever eaten are fresh-caught rainbow trout in Alaska and cheesy buñuelos on a Colombian mountaintop.
