Herb Seafood Sauce
This creamy herb sauce can be served with fish and seafood dishes. It's made by adding fresh herbs to a basic White Wine Sauce.
Note: This recipe calls for fresh parsley, chives and tarragon. If you don't have those, use whatever herbs you have as long as they're fresh, not dried.
- 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon chives (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon tarragon (chopped)
- 1 pint White Wine Sauce
In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, heat bring the White Wine Sauce to a simmer. Stir in the fresh herbs and serve right away.
