This method for making homemade raw chocolate comes from the new book full of similarly delicious raw and living food recipes, Rawsome Vegan Baking.
60 grams (1/2 cup) cacao powder or carob powder
118 milliliters (1/2 cup) melted cacao butter, or coconut oil
115 grams (1/3 cup) liquid sweetener
Gather the ingredients.
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into chocolate molds or a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Put in the fridge or freezer until solid.
