These buffalo wings are marinated in a sweet, flavorful marinade that keeps the chicken moist and gives it a fantastic flavor. Heat is provided by a habanero chili that requires care when dicing.
Preheat grill. Combine all ingredients (except chicken wings) in a small saucepan and let boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, pour into a large bowl and let cool.
Add chicken wings to the marinade and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or more.
Grill over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve chicken wings with celery and carrot sticks.
