The Irish Frog is a layered shot with an intriguing flavor combination: Irish cream and melon. This shooter is very similar to a Fruity Irishman, which shakes 2 parts Irish cream with 1 part Midori. The Irish Frog is best when both liqueurs are well-chilled and the Irish cream is poured slowly over the Midori.

Ingredients

Steps to Make It

  1. Pour the Midori melon liqueur into a shot glass.

  2. Slowly float the Irish cream on top. Hold a bar spoon (or any spoon, although bar spoons tend to work best) upside down over the drink and slowly pour the Irish cream over it, moving the spoon up as the glass fills.
