Jalapeno squares are made with a quiche-type mixture of eggs and chile peppers and cheese. Serve these spicy treats as appetizers with salsa and sour cream on the side.
Gather the ingredients.
Butter a 9-inch baking pan. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spread chopped jalapeno peppers and mild chile peppers in the bottom of the dish. Spread cheeses over peppers. Add a dash of garlic powder to beaten eggs and pour over cheeses.
Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes. Cut into small squares.
