Kate joined the team at Dotdash Meredith in July 2019, to follow her dream of working in lifestyle publishing. She worked as a freelance contributing writer for POPSUGAR for three years, and her writing has also appeared on The Spruce, MyDomaine, and Stacker. An experienced writer and editor, Kate began her career in digital content marketing at Intrigue Media, helping local businesses with content marketing strategies, social media and email marketing, and copywriting for web.
Education
Kate has a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Guelph and a Master of Arts in Journalism with a print specialization from the University of Western Ontario.
