- 6 deli hot dog buns or pita bread (lightly toasted)
- For Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups/360 milliliters plain Greek yogurt
- 1 small tomato (seeded and chopped)
- 4 mint leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoons/10 milliliters cumin seeds (toasted)
- 6 whole peppercorns
- 1/2 teaspoon/2.5 milliliters sea salt

To Prepare Sausages:
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Place lamb sausages onto the grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning often.
During the last few minutes of cooking time, add buns to grill or place pitas in foil and throw onto the grill to warm.
