This simple pork chop recipe has the chops marinating in soy sauce and lemon pepper seasonings. You get a lot of flavor without a lot of ingredients.
Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Steps to Make It

Place pork chops into a resealable plastic bag.

Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops.

Make sure meat is well coated.

Seal bag and place into refrigerator for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Preheat grill for medium-high heat.

Remove chops from bag and place onto grill.

Cook for 5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145 F (62 C).

Once cooked, remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
