Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

This simple pork chop recipe has the chops marinating in soy sauce and lemon pepper seasonings. You get a lot of flavor without a lot of ingredients.

What You'll Need

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1/3 cup/80 mL water
  • 1/3 cup/80 mL soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup/60 mL olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons/30 mL rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons/30 mL lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon/2.5 mL sea salt

How to Make It

Place pork chops into resealable plastic bag. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops.  Make sure meat is well coated.  Seal bag and place into refrigerator for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.  Preheat grill for medium-high heat.  Remove chops from bag and place onto grill.  Cook for 10 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).  Once cooked, remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
