Experience
A copywriter, editor, and translator by trade, Nadia turned her passion for food and cooking into a career, starting with her German regional cookbook entitled "Spoonfuls of Germany" (first edition Hippocrene Books, 2004). Being fluent in several languages and having lived in other countries before immigrating to the United States from her native Germany has not only given her in-depth knowledge of other cuisines and cultures but has also given her the ability to turn foreign dishes into easy-to-follow, accessible recipes for home cooks.
She blogs at Spoonfuls of Germany and Green Card Gardener.
Education
Nadia received a Master's in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Bonn in Germany.
