Nandita Godbole is an entrepreneur, writer, cookbook author, a speaker, and a multi-tasking professional in the food and wellness space.
Nandita has authored six cookbooks on Indian cuisine. Her brand, Curry Cravings, began in 2005 when she first began teaching Indian cooking. In 2010, she began hosting supper clubs; people frequently requested her cookbooks, so she wrote her first one, and then didn't quite stop.
In addition, Nandita's food writing has appeared in many publications, including The Spruce Eats. She has been profiled in The Boston Globe, and her work has been featured on NBC-Asian America, NPR, BBC-Futures, CNN, Forbes, Healthline, Whetstone Magazine, WABE (Atlanta's NPR), Wear Your Voices, Epicurious, Thrillist, Martha Stewart Living, The Kitchn, Business Insider, Khabar Magazine and many others. Nandita is working on an exciting new cookbook: "Masaleydaar".
