Experience
Nikki began her culinary career after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Miami, working in various restaurants in her hometown of Winston-Salem, NC. She became a private chef to prominent families in the area while also persuing a career in journalism. She began her writing career as an editorial assistant at the Greensboro News & Record. It was there that she honed her editorial and research skills, as well as developed her food blog, Nik Snacks, and became an editorial contributor to various regional publications in the Southeast.
