You can bake bread without using eggs and still have a moist, delicious loaf to serve your family. You might be avoiding eggs due to a food allergy or sensitivity, or because you are adopting a vegan diet. While many of these recipes use dairy ingredients, they could be adapted to eliminate those as well. For example, substituting margarine for butter or soy milk for dairy milk.
