Oreo Ice Cream Pie

Whoever first paired ice cream with Oreo cookies was a genius! To heighten that great combination, put these two ingredients together in a pie and add some chocolate syrup. This special dessert is sure to be a hit.


  • 1 Oreo cookie crumb crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 cups/1 quart vanilla ice cream (or Oreo Ice Cream, softened)
  • 1 package Oreos
  • Garnish: chocolate syrup

Steps to Make It

  1. Place Oreos standing up along the edge of prepared crust.

  2. Carefully spoon softened ice cream into prepared crust. If you choose to make your own Oreo ice cream from store-bought ice cream, stir about 1/2 cup crust Oreos into softened vanilla ice cream. 

  3. Squirt chocolate syrup in thin lines over the top of the pie. Decorate with about 4 or 5 crushed Oreo cookies.

  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours prior to serving. Use standing Oreo cookies as a guideline for cutting pieces of pie.
