Another fabulous way to eat the pomegranate is to make pomegranate chutney!

  • 2 pomegranates (seeded)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon zest (grated lemon)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice
  • Garnish: 1 dash of salt

Steps to Make It

  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Seed pomegranates - see How to Seed a Pomegranate. Be careful because the juice does stain!
  3. Combine all ingredients and mix well with wooden spoon. Refrigerate for 4 hours prior to serving.
