What’s sweet, tart, a little bit herbal, and totally beautiful? This girl’s-night dream come true. A mix of vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and grapefruit juice, the Pretty in Pink is as easy to make as it is to throw back. Finished with a sprig of rosemary, this versatile cocktail is a welcome refresher from brunch to happy hour.

What You'll Need

  • 3 ounces of Vodka
  • 1.5 ounces of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur 
  • 1/2 a grapefruit (juiced)
  • 1/2 a lemon (juiced)
  • Garnish: 1 to 2 sprigs of rosemary

How to Make It

  1. Use the cut lemon to coat the rim of a Tom Collins glass and dip the rim in sugar to coat.

  2. Mix the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well.

  3. Pour into glass, without straining, and garnish with rosemary.
