Use this pumpkin pie spice blend in pumpkin and sweet potato pies, sweet potato casseroles, custards, and other desserts. It's an excellent replacement for purchased pumpkin pie spice.
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon (ground)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (ground)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg (ground)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon allspice (ground)
Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly. Store in a tightly sealed container or jar.
Makes 1/4 cup.
