Chia Seeds - Tiny nutrient powerhouses, chia seeds are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, protein and fiber as well as various vitamins and minerals.

Honey – Raw honey contains natural antioxidants, enzymes and minerals including iron, zinc, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and selenium.

Spirulina - This superfood is worthy of its "super" title. Spirulina contains every nutrient needed for the human body, including over 50% chlorophyll content to help detox the blood of dangerous toxins. It is also rich in protein and iron. Ingredients

  • 1 cup​ Almond Milk ​(or 240 milliliters)
  • 1/2 frozen​ Banana
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (use maple syrup or stevia for vegan)
  • 1/2 tablespoon​ Spirulina
  • 1/2 tablespoon​ Chia Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons raw​ Cacao
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cacao nibs
  • Ice as needed

Steps to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients except cacao nibs into a blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth.

  3. Add in cacao nibs and blend just until incorporated.

  4. Add more ice if desired!
