Experience
Radhika Sharma (she/her) comes from an Indian household where the dinner table served as a space for education, resistance, and play. She has worked in restaurants, coffee shops, and wine shops for the last 10 years. From that foundation, Radhika writes about how queerness, class, culture, and race express themselves in food.
She currently works at Simple Syrup, a Brooklyn-based natural wine shop, alongside freelance writing and her 9-5 as an Innovation Manager in tech.
Education
Radhika studied Economics and Asian Studies at Rice University, which serves as her backbone for interrogating social constructs that appear in food.
