  • 3/4 cup raw nuts

  • 10 medium dates, soaked and pitted

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, optional

  • 1 cup fresh fruit, preferably mango, berries, or bananas

  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh raw coconut, optional

  • Nut milk, to taste

Steps to Make It

  1. Using a food processor, process the nuts and dates and coconut oil together until nuts are almost finely ground. ​

  2. Combine in a bowl with fresh fruit and grated coconut.

  3. Top with nut milk, to taste.
